We listen, and answer your questions.

How do you determine a pricing structure for projects?

Each project we do is generally very different in size and subsequently, in cost.

By establishing a close dialogue with our clients at the beginning phase of each project to learn their needs, we determine an accurate cost-structure before beginning your project. Our fees reflect a middle-ground position within the industry where we are not the least nor expensive firm. Our over twenty-five years experience enables us to work efficiently to provide your project needs on time, and on budget.

What are your project timelines?

While each project is unique, you can expect first-phase concepts anywhere from one–two weeks upon giving us the go-ahead with your project. A rough schedule is included in our proposal of outlined services and products, and is closely maintained and adjusted to fit your project needs and provide follow-up once the project is complete.

What if we approach you with a limited budget?

We’ve worked with organizations of all sizes, whether their projects are large or small. We’ll do the best we can to adjust to fit your budget and make the most of your marketing dollars. If we truly believe a project is not right for us or is too small, we’ll endeavor to put you in touch with someone that can help you.

Being a boutique design firm, can you handle larger projects?

Yes. The ID Entity is a collection of creative professionals with a combined experience of over twenty-five years in design and communications. This no-overhead advantage enables us to provide you with equal to or better services and products than high-priced firms, and with a personalized approach to all we do.

Will you work with our established printers?

Although our base of print resources contain many of the the best in the VA–DC metro area, we can and will work with your print vendor. We understand the importance of and we respect those long-standing vendor relationships you’ve maintained through the years. We believe in working closely with print firms to avoid problems and have the best-produced and cost-efficient product possible.

What happens if we don’t like what you design for us?

Our experience has been that our clients love what we’ve done for them (see our testimonials). Our proposal presented at the beginning of each project allows for various phases of edits and refinements, allowing us the opportunity to provide what you need, and more. Our goal is to serve you and meet your needs and will do everything within the project parameters to make that happen.

Do you work on spec?

We do not work on spec. We work to establish trust and rapport with our clients, and we value them and hope they value what we. We’ll work as hard as we can to make our client’s feel that they made the correct decision to work with us.
